You are in an executive role. Why would you consider coaching?

The demands placed upon you are ever increasing. You simply have to develop the skill sets and competencies to constantly deliver on high stakeholder expectations in a changing environment.

But do you really have the complete package?

It is my purpose to provide you with the independent, external perspective that will enable you to take things to the next level.

My job is to listen. And to ask the tough questions that will enable you to find the right solution. Explore the full extent when contemplating new approaches, possibilities and different options.

Like many of my clients you might want to explore how to

  • Fine tune your interpersonal and advanced communication skills?

  • Be an outstanding and inspirational leader?
  • Improve your internal political savvvy? Discuss questions and concerns about how tp handle situations that you can't discuss with others in your organisation.

  • Have someone around who understands what you’re facing and whom you can confide in?

  • Improve your development as a leader and take the company on to the next level Raise your profile in your company and industry?

  • Be able to step back and look at your company or department from a different perspective? Get some help sorting things out? Position yourself in the first 100 days?

  • Set the agenda with your stakeholders?

Every coaching assignment will be tailored to your individual requirements.

Warning: Coaching is not an end in itself! Coaching is effective for you, if you can confidently say: I know that I want to get over there, but I'm not sure how to do it.Coaching will work for you, when you know what you want to get done.

It is essential that you have to be open to feedback. You will need to want to create positive change. If not, coaching will not be the answer.
